The EOU's remand papers tie one organiser's network to the 2023 constable leak, the BPSC teacher recruitment leak and NEET-UG 2024. He was arrested in April 2025 after a year absconding.

UP STF investigation links the same organisers to the February 2024 constable leak, the RO/ARO leak via a Bhopal printing press, and earlier exam leaks in Madhya Pradesh and Haryana. Both were out on bail from earlier cases when the 2024 leaks happened.
