RPSC senior teacher exam: 40+ caught solving leaked paper in a moving bus
Confidence C — based on the press record (archived below). No primary documents on file yet; treat names of agencies, dates and figures as reported, not established.
On the morning of 24 December 2022, Udaipur police stopped a bus and found about 40 people — including dummy candidates and several teachers — solving the leaked General Knowledge paper of RPSC's senior teacher recruitment. Candidates had reportedly paid Rs 5–8 lakh each to a Jodhpur-based gang. RPSC cancelled that morning's GK paper (nearly 4 lakh applicants); ATS and SOG took up the probe, which expanded through 2023 with further arrests. It was counted as the ninth leak-hit RPSC exam in recent years.
