BSSC CGL-3: first-shift paper photographed and circulated; shift cancelled

Stalled documented status: Arrests made

Confidence C — based on the press record (archived below). No primary documents on file yet; treat names of agencies, dates and figures as reported, not established.

BSSC's graduate-level CGL-3 prelims were held in phases on 23-24 December 2022. A question paper from the first phase circulated on WhatsApp and matched the original, and on 27 December the commission cancelled the first-phase exam. The EOU probed the circulation and made arrests; aspirants protesting for full cancellation were lathi-charged in Patna in January 2023. The cancelled phase was re-conducted on 5 March 2023.
